Every Kid, Every Day: Using Technology to Create a More Culturally Responsive Classroom
Primarily built around the research and writing of Zaretta Hammond's Culturally Responsive Teaching & the Brain, this session will provide participants with an overview of what defines a culturally responsive classroom, strategies for making real change, and technology tools to support that work. Participants will gain access to teaching tools and strategies, including graphic organizers and editable documents. The session will also include an opportunity to experience virtual tools to help enhance culturally responsive teaching methods.
